DealEngineAI Affiliate Program Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.

Commission percentages are calculated based on net revenue after refunds and discounts.

Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links and cookies. Cookie durations vary by tier:

• Broker Pro: 90 days
• Power User: 60 days
• Community: 30 days

If multiple affiliates refer the same lead, the first valid cookie wins attribution.

Commissions are paid via Stripe Connect. Affiliates must provide accurate payment details. We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts due to suspected fraud or policy violations.

Minimum payout thresholds:

• Weekly/Monthly: No minimum
• Quarterly (Community tier): $100 USD

You may not:

• Misrepresent DealEngineAI or your relationship to us
• Use misleading or deceptive promotional practices
• Engage in spam or unsolicited mass messaging
• Use cookie stuffing or black-hat tactics
• Create fake referrals, signups, or self-referrals

Violations will result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.

We use automated and manual systems to detect:

• Disposable email domains
• Suspicious IPs (VPNs, click farms)
• Unusual traffic patterns

Accounts under investigation will have payouts paused.

We may terminate or suspend your participation at any time with or without cause. You may also terminate your participation by written notice.

Upon termination, outstanding commissions above the payout threshold will be paid, unless forfeited due to breach.

You may use DealEngineAI-provided assets (logos, marketing copy, etc.) in accordance with brand guidelines. You may not alter the DealEngineAI brand or represent yourself as an employee or official representative.

We make no guarantees regarding your earnings. You participate at your own risk. DealEngineAI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
