Lease analysis results are delivered in under 60 seconds for most standard commercial leases (up to 100 pages). For larger portfolios or more complex documents, processing may take slightly longer, but still significantly faster than manual review.

Your lease documents are never used to train our AI models, and we implement strict data isolation between clients. All uploaded documents are automatically deleted after 30 days unless you specifically request otherwise.

You can request immediate deletion or extended retention based on your compliance requirements.
