Patent Notice: The DealEngineAI lease analysis technology is patent-pending (US Patent Application No. US63/XXXXXX) and is protected under United States patent laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary technology is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Content Restrictions

DealEngineAI reserves the right to review all Content uploaded to the Service and to remove any Content at our sole discretion.

The following types of Content are prohibited:

Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.
Defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory.
Infringing or violating any intellectual property right.
Impersonating any person or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
Commercial solicitation without our prior written consent.
Creating a false impression about the service.
Giving the impression that they emanate from or are endorsed by us.

5. API Terms

Users of the DealEngineAI API must also agree to the following:

API keys are confidential and should not be shared.
You may not exceed the rate limits of the API.
You may not use the API to reproduce a similar or competing service.
API access may be revoked at any time for violations of these terms.
You understand that our service involves patent-pending technology and unauthorized use may constitute patent infringement.

6. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

7. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service may be offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management or by contacting support@dealengineai.com.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information including name, address, state, zip code, phone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred to your payment method.

In case of auto-renewal, we will charge the payment method you provided to us. If the payment fails, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service.

8. Free Trial

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a free trial for a limited period of time ("Free Trial").

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of Free Trial period, unless you cancelled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or always available. You understand that you use the Service at your own risk.

While we aim to provide accurate lease analysis and extraction, you understand that DealEngineAI is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. All lease terms extracted by our AI should be reviewed by qualified legal professionals. We are not responsible for any legal or financial decisions made based on the analysis provided by our Service.
